Event Description
WELCOME 1st Saturday VENDORS!!! This is your official reservation invite for the entire year of 2019. You may reserve your space for up to 6 events within this year, however, they can not be consecutive months. There are NO REFUNDS on vendor space unless the event is cancelled. Your $25 fee covers (1) standard vendor space and you must bring your table. There is a maximum of 12 vendors each month with 1st come 1st serve. Payment is the only thing that will hold your space. We do NOT want vendors from the same company at the same event, so we will be working hard to ensure that if 2 or more vendors (from the same company) sign up; we will reschedule one. Please note that we are not responsible for vendor tables selling similar products. Events are on the 1st Saturday of each month from 11am-4pm. Set up starts at 9:30am and you must be completly set up by 10:45am. Free margaritas and snacks will be served until they are gone. If you would like pre-promotion for your business, please send us a picture of an item you will donaate for our raffles. We will use your company as promotion via social media, print, radio and tv for that month.
